Welcome to Hive Bakery & Cafe

I feel so blessed to finally be able to share Hive Bakery & Cafe with our friends, family and clients. Adding an American-style Bakery & Cafe to the Hive Collective has been a part of my vision for quite some time. This process has been an incredible journey since our chefs have literally been feeding us for over a year. Every dish on the menu has graced our table at home multiple times and only our favorites have made the final cut.  Our talented chefs, Jay & Amber Felton, have embraced this opportunity with passion and lots of hard work, always pushing themselves further in their art. 

Of course, nothing says welcome like the smell of homemade bread and cookies baking, so not only do we believe it will be a wonderful addition to our in-store experience, but the ability to stop in and get delicious, made-from-scratch items to go is one more layer in the process of making a house a home.   

I always say that I would not carry anything in my stores that I would not want to wear myself or have in my own home, and the Bakery & Cafe follows the same principle.  We wanted to create a space that definitely expressed our trademark Palm Beach style in terms of decor, which also reflects how we like to eat, which is healthy and seasonal, with an occasional indulgence, always fresh and beautifully presented. Another key saying that we have at McCann Design Group, Hive Trade Showroom and Hive Home, Gift and Garden is that we create homes that are not only beautiful, but function flawlessly. For the Bakery & Cafe to “function flawlessly” it also needed to be convenient and offer options that address our busy lifestyles. That is why we put a lot of thought into developing a varied menu with breakfast, lunch, bread and pastries, coffee and takeaway dinners that are available to grab-and-go, as well as enjoy in our main dining area or outside garden. 

We’ve been working together as a team for a while now, so as we open, what is new is you and your experience dining with us.  We are excited to be able to welcome you in a whole new way, and we hope to delight you with delicious food and gracious service in an elegant yet casual setting that is distinctively Hive Palm Beach.
